Data controller

The controller of personal data is Piotr Lisowski, trading as INPROM Outsourcing IT Piotr Lisowski, tax ID 7322078359. For anything concerning your personal data, write to hello@inprom.pl.

Contact form, email and phone

Clicking “Send enquiry” sends the form data to the site’s server, which forwards it by email to hello@inprom.pl. The server does not store the enquiry — it only reaches my mailbox. The same rules apply when you write to hello@inprom.pl directly or call +48 533 243 450.

I process the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the message and anything you include in it, such as your company name. I use them to answer the enquiry and agree the terms of possible work. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) or, when you write about something else or on behalf of a company, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — my legitimate interest in conducting correspondence.

Providing the data is voluntary, but without an email address or phone number a reply is not possible.

Working together

If the enquiry leads to an engagement, I process the data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to issue invoices and keep the accounting records required by tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and to establish, pursue or defend legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Server logs and spam protection

Each visit is automatically recorded in the server logs with technical details of the request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, the response code, and the browser and operating system type. The logs are used only to keep the site secure and working, based on my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I do not use them to identify visitors.

To protect the form from spam, the server records the time of each submission and a hash of the sender’s IP address (not the address itself). This lets it limit how many messages can be sent from one address, based on my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and browser storage

The site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, analytics or fonts — every file is served from inprom.pl.

If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is stored in your browser’s localStorage under the key “theme” so the site remembers it on your next visit. It is never sent to the server and cannot identify you. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser settings.

Who receives the data

The site and the hello@inprom.pl mailbox are hosted by SEOHOST Sp. z o.o., ul. Obornicka 330, 60-689 Poznań, Poland (KRS 0000939910), which processes the data on my behalf as the hosting provider. The servers are located in Poland and the data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Public authorities may also receive the data where the law requires it. I do not sell data or share it for marketing.

How long I keep it

Correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is deleted 12 months after the last message.

Data related to an engagement is kept for its duration and then until the limitation period for claims expires. Invoices and accounting records are kept for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline passed.

Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider and then deleted.

The IP address hash used for spam protection stops being used after an hour and is deleted the next time the form is sent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data and to restrict its processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you can receive the data provided in connection with a contract in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to hello@inprom.pl.

If you believe I process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Changes to this policy

If the way data is processed changes, I will update this policy and the date at the top of the page.
